Give your littlest wedding guests an unforgettable adventure of their own while the adults celebrate! The Wildling Wedding Session blends imagination, nature, and immersive storytelling to keep the children entirely spellbound.

Here is the journey our mini-wildlings will go on:

The Gathering & Storytelling

We begin with an interactive, theatrical welcome. The children will be gathered to hear an enchanting tale about the secret world of magic hidden right beneath our feet, setting the stage for the adventure ahead.

 The Enchanted Potion Quest

The children will set off across the venue grounds on a tailor-made quest, solving riddles and tracking clues to forage for rare, magical ingredients hidden in nature.

 The Potion Play

Once the ingredients are gathered, it’s time for some glorious alchemy! The children will mix, brew, and fizz their ingredients together in an immersive, sensory potion-making experience.

 The Creation: The Magic Craft Session

To remember their wild adventure, each child will customize a powerful magical artifact to take home as a keepsake: choose from 

1.  The Witch’s Wand: Custom-designed to channel their unique magic.
2.  The Sorcerer’s Amulet: A protective talisman to wear proudly.
3. The Captive-Magic Bottle: A beautiful piece of the enchanted grounds to keep forever.                                       

The Grand Bubble Finale

We wrap up our magical session with a spectacular celebration of giant, whimsical bubbles on the lawn, perfect for letting out that final burst of energy (and making for incredible wedding photos!).

Booking Options (Select from Drop-Down)

 Single Wildling Session

 Best for: Keeping the kids entertained during one specific block of time (e.g., the wedding dinner or the speeches).

 Capacity: Up to 12 children maximum.

 Duration: 1.5 Hours.

 Price: €450

Double Wildling Session

 Best for: Larger wedding parties, or splitting the kids up by age so everyone gets the best experience (e.g., Session 1 for ages 4–7, Session 2 for ages 8–11).

 Capacity: Up to 12 children per session (Up to 24 kids total across the day).

 Duration: 2 x 1.5 Hour Sessions.

Venue, Logistics & Weather 

Our Wildling sessions are designed to thrive in the great outdoors! If your venue has a garden, woodland, or lawn space, that's our element.

 No-Trace Promise: Once you're booked, I will liaise with your venue coordinator directly to reassure them that our outdoor potion play and crafts leave absolutely zero trace behind. We take 100% of our magic away with us when we leave.

 The Irish Weather Backup: Don't worry about the rain! If the weather turns, we have a fully adapted indoor plan. We bring the storytelling, the bubbles, and a specialized "low-mess" version of our crafts and potions inside to a designated room, ensuring the magic continues seamlessly without a single drop of mess for the venue.

Note: The Wildling Wedding Session is an entertainment and activity service, not a formal crèche. While our sessions are fully supervised by the host, parents/guardians remain on-site at the wedding venue and retain ultimate responsibility for their children.
